We ship all orders within 1 – 2 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends) from when the order is placed

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

We offer a selection on shipping methods, below is the estimate based on your purchase.

Free Shipping – 4 – 14 business days

Expedited Shipping – 2 – 6 business days (additional charges apply)

Overnight Shipping – 1 – 2 business days (depends on the time the order is placed and Saturday delivery is available at an extra charge) – additional charges apply

Are all of your items Officially Licensed Product?

Yes. All of our items are officially licensed by the NFL, NCAA, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, NASCAR or other association with the product being sold.

Why does my tracking information not show any information?

There could be a variety of reasons for this ranging from the post office is waiting to scan the item in from the post office truck to the item has not been picked up. Normally we use delivery confirmation numbers for most orders unless tracking is purchased. Delivery confirmation may show some tracking information but USPS only guarantees the confirmation of delivery on delivery confirmation numbers.

How do I send back a return?

Please contact us to let us know you will be returning the product. We will provide details on how to return your item. Including putting your order number on the box or on a piece of paper on the inside of the package

Do you offer discount for bulk orders or wholesale accounts?

Yes. Please use our wholesale link to contact us about bulk/wholesale orders. We require a minimum of 10 pieces being order to provide bulk pricing and some states may require you to have a tax ID including Florida to not be charged sales tax
